I am a web3-native Founder and Executive Coach, leveraging a robust academic foundation (M.Sc.) in Business Psychology along with hands-on experience as a previous web3 entrepreneur and investor.

I have a knack for learning and collecting certifications—it’s my version of leveling up. I am a Certified Mental Health First Aider; Teacher of Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga (200hrs), and a Accredited Shamanic Practitioner skilled in facilitating sound healing and transformative group workshops.

I blend these practices to help you and your team reach the next stage of personal and professional growth.
Mental health in tech isn't just a wellness trend—Nervous system regulation derisks decisionmaking and gives groundbreaking tech its best chance at succeeding and changing the world.
That being said, I've also learned what happens if you don't prioritise a regulated nervous system in a high performance environment.

3 years ago, I had a big wake-up call. I was interviewing executives for my company in the waiting area of the hospital—while my mother lay there on her deathbed. When I ultimately lost her to a long battle with cancer, I entered a dark night of the soul. While juggling meetings, I spent the following month organizing her funeral and profoundly shifted my outlook on everything in my life.

All while I was living my then dream of being an entrepreneur, running my own web3 start-up, serving the top-tier DeFi protocols, making more $ than all of my peers, travelling to conferences all over the world, and holding guest lectures at the top-tier business university that I had graduated at myself.

Yes, I was living my dream, but it was taking a toll on my health, physically, mentally, and spiritually. My body had warned me, but I ignored all her signs—even then, for another year. Until she pulled all emergency breaks.
That was the moment I made a decision to put myself first again. I left our team to my amazing co-founders, invested time in healing, tried every tool I could get my hands on, reconnected with my passions, my true talents and how I can make a meaningful impact by using them.
Of course, being a Type-A personality, I got the best degrees applicable and started working for ambitious leaders like yourself. Turns out's the industry I worked in has a huge demand for coaching, and performance management and burn-out prevention. Does that resonate with you?
